Although Teri was born and raised in Southern California, she calls Park City, Utah her real hometown. Teri lived in Park City for 32 years and raised 3 wonderful children in the quaint ski resort, home of the 2002 Winter Olympics. Teri spent the past 25 years in the restaurant business where she worked diligently as the General Manager and was a business partner in a high-volume Mexican restaurant at the base of the Park City Ski Resort.

Teri prides herself on community involvement and was very actively involved in Park City activities. She spent much of her free time volunteering on many committees and boards, such as the Park City Education Foundation Board, Young Life Youth Ministries Board, and the U.S. Ski Team Fundraising Committee. She was also PTO President and Volunteer Coordinator. In addition, she was the Park City High School Head Cheerleading Coach for 3 years.

Always keeping her family in the forefront, Teri relocated to Las Vegas in September 2012 to be closer to her parents. It was through her parents that she was introduced to Mitch Fulfer, a Broker/Salesman for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Nevada Properties. Mitch encouraged Teri to make a career change and opened her eyes to the world of real estate.  Teri recognizes all the wonderful opportunities that real estate can bring in life.

With the career change, Teri brought all of her extensive professional experience in business and customer relations as well as a strong background in providing excellent customer service. Teri is a great problem solver and wants to continue to utilizing her customer service skills in a manner that will show her dedication and commitment. Teri is well aware of the importance of making her clients a number one priority.

Teri loves the Las Vegas lifestyle and is looking forward to sharing her excitement about what a wonderful place it is to live with all of her clients.
