In January 2025, the single-family home market saw a slight decrease in activity compared to last month. The number of available homes dropped from 5,822 to 5,353, and pending/contingent sales also declined from 2,030 to 1,758. Homes sold within the last 30 days were slightly lower at 1,633, down from 1,689. However, average days on the market decreased from 38 to 32, signaling quicker sales.
