Cynthia Ward was AWESOME to work with during my recent home sale. My house was in the NW and I was living in the SE already; Cynthia offered to setup appointments with landscapers and cleaners, was there for the inspection and appraisal, and was at my place for repairs by contractors just so that  I didn’t have to drive 45 minutes across the city.
