My husband and I had differing opinions on amenity priorities, which required John to lead us to many, many different neighborhood locations, home sizes, and lot sizes – and he persevered listening to our personal rants relative to closets, bathrooms, and yards while always being upbeat, on time, and patient! Honestly, such a great guy and Realtor. He helped us place bids, walk through closing, then walked us through a closing extension, and then finally even had suggestions on property improvement vendors! Definitely made an otherwise cumbersome venture more tolerable.
