Zillow Review (05/16/18)

As an out of state owner, it was critical that I retained a Realtor that I could trust to represent my best interests. Teri Maloney was that person. She not only obtained three contacts within days,but had a cash offer greater than the listing. The property closed within two weeks. I am very  satisfied.
