So impressed with Harvey and crew. From the very beginning of the short sale process, Harvey was flexible, prompt and responsive. Even when the bank put out roadblocks multiple times during the process, Harvey remained positive and encouraging. He explained all paperwork in detail, and gave examples to help make sense of all the details. His assistant Sara was everything a Type A person like me would want to work with – she gave me constant updates and responded to emails almost instantly, even just to confirm that she had received mine.
My husband also used Harvey for his short sale, and received the same courteous service. There is no question that we will ask to work with Harvey again when it comes time to buy our next home.
