As first time homebuyers, Cynthia was exactly the person we needed to help us navigate all the documents, answer our myriad of questions promptly, and even negotiate on our behalf to bring down some costs. She is honest, reliable and professional without being pushy. Once when we were looking at new homes being built, and Cynthia asked a series of questions we hadn’t thought of asking, the salesperson looked at us and said, “You have a good realtor here because she’s asking all the important questions.” We highly recommend Cynthia and will use her in the future if needed.
