Knowing that I was about to relocate from Las Vegas to the east coast and wanted my house sold as quickly as possible, he priced it appropriately to attract interest in this difficult market. He kept in close touch with me by telephone and email, offering good advice and support. In addition, he negotiated well with prospective buyers.
