Harvey was with us every step along the way. He thoroughly explained everything from the first appointment to list the home to actually closing after the sale. He insured we understood all paperwork and explained his marketing plan for listing the home. [Harvey] was also upfront about what the home needed to be considered marketable. You had the feeling he would stand behind his word and take the extra steps necessary to get the word out about your home.
